Mike Ross

Mike Ross is a research scientist at ASAPP, where he conducts research on policy adherence and simulation-based optimization for conversational agents. He recently led development of ASAPP's patent-pending State-Based Flows, a deterministic execution engine that enforces business logic in LLM-powered agents, and Optimization Agent, part of a multi-agent system that enables GenerativeAgent to learn from experience. Previously, he worked on conversational AI at Meta. His research has appeared at ACL, EMNLP, and NeurIPS.
