Fireside Chat | Day 1 - 2:30 PM
Governing Agentic AI to Drive Real Resolutions for Customers
Financial institutions are making progress using AI to identify customer needs, personalize engagement and recommend the next best action. But an insight is not an outcome and a recommendation is not a resolution. In this interactive session, attendees will see how AI, rule-based workflows and targeted human judgment can work together to complete a complex financial-service interaction without putting the customer on hold, transferring them or compromising institutional control.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Set the right boundary between AI autonomy and human judgment.
- Embed human approval without interrupting the customer experience.
- Combine generative flexibility with rule-based execution.
- Measure verified resolution—not just containment or task completion.
Roundtable Discussion | Day 2 - 10:30 AM
How Humans Can Be More Than an AI Fallback
This roundtable is an open working session for attendees who want to dig deeper into how AI, rules and human judgment come together to actually resolve financial-service interactions, not just recommend or escalate.
