Max Black is the VP of Customer Success at ASAPP. Previously, Max led customer engagements at IBM Watson, applying emerging AI to industries ranging from telecommunications to oil and gas. Max attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has spent his career focused on technology.
